Refund and Return Policy
Please note that digital licenses can only be refunded in the event of a malfunction. We cannot accept returns of activated licenses. To request a refund, you must contact us by email at: sales@ondert.com within 30 days of purchase, including your order number and license key number.
If you report a defective product, we will diagnose the fault and provide instructions for resolving the issue within 24 hours.
If we’re unable to resolve the issue, we’ll offer a replacement product or a full refund. Our promise is that if you contact us for support and we’re unable to resolve a technical issue, we’ll offer a full refund. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to process.
Please note that all licenses sold by Licensesok.com are valid for a single PC only and cannot be transferred to another. Compatibility details will be specified in the product description.
Software compatibility is the customer’s responsibility, as we only sell licenses. All software is provided by the respective brand and is protected by copyright. Therefore, refunds will not be issued in the event of software compatibility issues.
Defective license codes will be replaced or refunded, depending on the customer’s preference.
Licensesok assumes no responsibility for any local technical problems on your computer that may prevent the software from functioning properly.
All products sold by Licensesok include a 1-year warranty for reinstallations and PC resets, as well as free chat/email support.
In order to deliver products immediately, as we do, explicit consent is required. This means we will not retain the goods during the 30-day cooling-off period. Please note that the consumer will lose the right to withdraw from the contract after providing explicit consent to begin the delivery of the digital content. That said, this practice complies with legal regulations, and our sole concern is ensuring your satisfaction; therefore, we support every order without imposing cancellation based on this.
